Police Blotter: Baby Grand Piano Stolen From Home and More Thefts

The following arrest information was supplied by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Theft under $500: An unknown offender stole a yard sign from a residence in the 500 block of Deerpath Road. According to the report, the theft occurred sometime between 8 p.m. on Oct. 23 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 24.

Theft under $500: An unknown offender stole a bicycle that was unsecured from the 400 block of Duane Street on Oct. 24 between 11 a.m. and 12:25 p.m. 

Burglary: An unknown offender stole $35 from the cash drawer of a business located in the 500 block of Duane Street. According to the report, the incident occurred sometime between 7:15 p.m. on Oct. 24 and 6:17 a.m. on Oct. 25.

Theft over $500: An unknown offender stole a baby grand piano from a residence located in the 200 block of Main Street on Oct. 25 between 8:15 a.m. and 8:41 p.m.

Theft under $500: An unknown offender stole a yard sign from a residence in the 400 block of Hawthorne Boulevard between 9 p.m. on Oct. 25 and 11:45 a.m. on Oct. 26.

Theft under $500: An unknown offender stole a pellet handgun and plastic case from a storage area of a residence located in the 300 block of Geneva Road on Oct 26 around 9:18 p.m.
