Friday, September 28, at 1:00 P.M., the Lombard Commons Meeting Room audience numbered over 40 Lombard Garden Club members as they listened to the speaker for their Sept. meeting, Dolly Foster, Landscape Horticulturist.  She shared with the avid gardeners her recipes for better perennials, better annuals, and garden maintenance.  The club members had many questions for the speaker and she gave them addresses of several online garden sites that would really help them in
preparing their gardens for each season.  Guests are welcome to these meetings that are scheduled the fourth Friday of each month.  Call 630-469-6372 to make a reservation for the October 26 meeting.
